Cream Of Asparagus Soup
It was so yummy, it was tender and so flavorful. The veggies with it where amazing! The warm pretzels with the hot honey butter. So good The asparagus soup is just delicious! And the rice pudding and cookie skillet is awsome!
Beef Rouladen
Oh my this is one of my favorites. Reminded me of my mom's, but better. (Don't tell her) The red cabbage and spatzle are the perfect sides.
Beer Flight
A terrific way to try beer!! My favorite was the dark weissbier-
Erlanger Sauerbraten
Delicious. Meat was tender, potato dumpling tasted as good as mine. Red cabbage perfectly balanced. Dessert was out of this world.
Beef Rouladen
The meat was deliciously tender. The spaetzle was nice and not too soft, and the red cabbage was seasoned well. It tasted authentically German :) The staff was nice, friendly, and very attentive.
Wiener Schnitzel
Portions were large and the veal was tender and juicy. The crust on the veal was perfectly seasoned and crisp. I chose the Jager sauce, and it was delectable. The sides were just as excellent. I had to try the potato pancake and it was fried to perfection. We started with muscles in a delicate wine sauce, and it was memorable and filling. This is my new Favorite restaurant, and I can wait to try the whole menu!
Wiener Schnitzel
We can't wait to come back, the food was amazing, both of us were so impressed by the quality from our soup to the dessert, you will be hooked on this delicious food.
Wiener Schnitzel
Delicious. Large portion served with special sauce, spaetzle, and red cabbage. Pork was tender and juicy. Breading was crispy and tasty. Very enjoyable!
Fränkische Bratwürste
What a wonderful Valentine's date and dinner at Spargel on 9! The pretzel's and the honey butter were out of this world. We tried all of the wurstes and loved them all. On a scale of 1-10 we would give the red cabbage a 20! On a scale of 1-10 we would give the sauerkraut a 20! It's wonderful to go to a restaurant and feel you got your money's worth. We got more than our money's worth and we will be back again!
